We minimize business travel by consistently working from home and increasingly rely on video conferencing for meetings with customers and business partners. If travel is unavoidable, we use public transport or our vehicle fleet, which consists exclusively of electric cars. We use 100% green electricity in our offices and rely on smart technologies to reduce energy consumption. The switch to cloud solutions has also enabled us to save around 50% energy.

Flexible working hours help our employees to achieve an optimal work-life balance and promote individual, creative work.
