Human Resources / May 2018: Can Do provides skill-based planning

The Munich-based software company Can Do enables skill-based resource planning. With its software of the same name, the IT company offers a solution for skill-based capacity planning to counter the much-cited War for Talents. This enables the exact allocation of suitable employees in interdisciplinary and cross-location projects.

This serves as a data pool for finding suitable employees and is intended to provide information about skills, skill requirements and possible quali-fication gaps at the push of a button. This enables management to plan ahead and to build up the skills they will need in the future through appropriate training measures at an early stage.
