Is technical operation possible both "on premise" and in the "cloud"?
Yes, Can Do can be used both in-house (data center or in a private cloud) or in the public AWS cloud with servers for Europe in Frankfurt am Main.

What are the license costs for using Can Do?
The subscription price for Software as a Service (SaaS) licenses includes operation, backup, updates and support. There are no further costs. The currently valid prices can be found in ourprice list.

How flexible is the pricing?
Can Do offers both monthly and annual subscription options. This means you don't have to make a long-term commitment, but can choose flexibly between the billing periods as required. Cancellation is possible at any time at the end of the respective term.

How is Can Do's license model structured?
You can choose between two roles with different authorizations: Manager and Employee. You also have the Viewer role, which offers read-only access, and the BI add-on module for in-depth analyses. Some functions require special roles. At least one manager license and as many employee licenses as resources are managed directly or indirectly via Can Do are required.

What can the Can Do Manager license do?
The Manager license offers unlimited access to all functions of the Can Do software, with the exception of the Can Do BI add-on module. It is specifically designed for different roles, such as project manager, portfolio manager, department manager, HR manager, controller and administrator. Each installation of the software requires the purchase of a Manager license.

What can the Can Do employee license do?
The employee license provides access to the personal workload and enables independent, individual planning. It also includes the time recording function, including mobile time recording via the Can Do Mobile app.

What is the Can Do read-only access license for?
Read-only access to planning and dashboards in Can Do allows external resources, such as customers, to view and track project progress.

What is the BI module for?
With the BI add-on module, you can analyze all AI-supported data from your Can Do system quickly and efficiently. It allows you to easily replace your existing reporting system, including automated project status reports, to create a sound basis for decision-making based on comprehensive evaluations.

Does Can Do have access control and an authorization system?Yes! Can Do offers technical and content-related access control in which roles control access to data.

Is Can Do GDPR compliant?Yes! Can Do is 100% GDPR-compliant and fulfills all relevant data protection requirements.

Is Can Do TISAX certified?
Yes! Can Do is TISAX-certified and therefore offers the highest level of protection for company data. The cloud is hosted by AWS and uses a C5 system, which also meets the highest security standards in Germany.

Does Can Do's AI transfer data to external AIs for analysis?
No! With Can Do's AI, no data is transferred to external AIs (e.g. to ChatGPT or AWS Q) for analysis. All data remains within the system.

Is Can Do audit-proof?
Yes! Can Do guarantees 100% revision security through complete documentation of all changes and actions. All data and processing steps are stored in a traceable manner so that complete traceability is possible at all times and manipulation of the data is ruled out!
Interfaces

Which APIs are supported by Can Do? Also REST?
Yes! Can Do supports various APIs, including REST APIs. These enable a flexible and standardized connection to external systems in order to seamlessly integrate and exchange data.

Does Can Do have an interface for integrating other software such as Jenkins, Maven, Gitlab, etc.?
No! There are currently no standard interfaces for these systems. However, thanks to the open REST API, such interfaces can be created quickly and easily. Systems such as SAP® and JIRA® are currently connected.

Can a ticketing system be mapped in Can Do?
No. Can Do does not currently offer any direct ticketing functionality. However, similar processes can be mapped by using workflows and tasks. Full integration of an external ticketing system is possible via the REST API.

Is there an export and import function to transfer data from common file formats into Can Do?
Yes! Can Do offers export and import functions for common file formats. This means that data can be easily transferred and further processed.

Can Do offers AI support - where is this advantageous in project management?Can Do's AI support is particularly beneficial for resource planning, risk analysis and project prioritization. It helps to identify bottlenecks at an early stage, plan projects realistically and increase efficiency throughout project management.

What is behind the term "Watermodel®" in Can Do?The Watermodel® in Can Do describes the simulation of project plans under uncertainty. It enables dynamic planning in which buffer times and delays are realistically taken into account in order to create more accurate schedules and better manage risks.

How is the AI trained with internal company data and how is the underlying database structured?
Can Do's AI is trained with internal company data that is stored and analyzed in the system. The underlying database is specially designed to efficiently process relevant information and perform AI-supported analyses.

How much data maintenance is necessary in Can Do for the AI to work?
Data maintenance in Can Do is minimal. The software updates and processes a lot of information automatically, so that users only have to enter and maintain specific data to control the processes.

Inquiries are processed according to priority and urgency to ensure a quick and efficient solution. There is also documentation and a knowledge database for self-help.
