No matter how large the projects or how extensive the project portfolios: Can Do ensures that you as a project manager are always up to date and fully informed about the current status of the project. For this purpose, Can Do provides you with a communication centre within various applications.
As is often the case with Can Do, the options in the Communication Centre are extensive, but the set-up is simple and straightforward: Via a user-friendly menu with a choice of options, you decide yourself which events in your projects are significant enough to be automatically informed about them via e-mail, MS Teams and/or Chime.
As well as being a useful tool for project management, the Communication Centre can also be used by other project roles as a source of information or a way of thinking. This is because the Communication Centre settings can be configured on a per-user basis. In this way, each user receives the messages that are relevant to his or her area of work and knowledge.
It is also possible, for example, to set the time intervals at which the Communication Centre sends information or warnings about the project. You can therefore adapt the Communication Centre to the needs of these user groups/roles, among others:
- Project Manager
- Project Manager
- Head of department
- Team members
And this is how the configuration works in the Can Do system:
The developers have used Can Do's ability to send emails independently for another feature: Project-related emails can be sent directly from the Can Do web client. All the necessary information is automatically stored in the email with a direct link to the project, so that the sender and recipient can correctly assign the email at a glance:
