Admittedly, the use case I'm describing here is somewhat unusual and may not occur often, but I would still like to explain it.
In addition to our real 'Can Do' system for operational work, we have a copy of this system for testing purposes. This test system is also connected to our central Jira server in the cloud.
Interestingly, changes made in Jira are transmitted in real-time and simultaneously to both the real and the test 'Can Do' systems. This configuration works excellently and does not overly burden the Jira instance.
Although we don't have a specific use case for this setup, it is technically feasible. If anyone has ideas on how this configuration could be utilized, I would be happy to receive an email at thomas.schlereth@can-do.de :)
